Download the “Villo! officiel” app and access nearly 5.000 bikes and 360 docking stations. Use our bike-sharing system to explore like never before!

Bike-sharing has never been so easy

Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes.
When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a Villo!” and choose your Villo! from the list of available bikes there.

At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.

Flexible options: annual, daily or three-day rentals

The “Villo! officiel” app can be tailored to your needs: just select the option that is best suited to your lifestyle. The first thirty minutes of every ride are free. Bank card payments are secure.

Access the service as a group

You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “Villo! officiel” app. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.

Collect points

Use the app to actively contribute to the good operation and improvement of the service by giving feedback on your bike at the end of each ride, or by flagging a defect to the technical service.

Ratings and reviews

The app's user experience is very bad. There are a lot of features that are not intuitive. How do you rate a bike? You can't do this from the past trips menu. You can't report a broken bike directly from the bike overview, instead you have to go in the 'help' menu. The 'report a bike' menu can be collapsed into one menu. I understand old journeys are anonymized. Is this really the best implementation? The app does not explain *why* I got bonus points. Surely they should be encouraged.

App is okish. The bikes are a DISASTER. I have the e-villo subscription and 9 out of 10 e-bikes are defective (I am not exaggerating). Also the brakes are never working good, which is dangerous. You get a bike, you realize there is an issue, you cycle to the next station, get another bike and IF you are lucky it works. As a result you have delays in your travels. I got so fed up with this that I will just cancel my subscription. AVOID AT ALL COST

this app is dreadful! overheats the phone (google Pixel), logs you out all the time, and can't connect to the internet although browser and other apps work perfectly. Imagine building all this infrastructure, buying bicycles, and having all the experience murdered by a terrible app. I wanted to explore the city via bike, but would rather use electric scooters via the Uber app, bc Uber experience is good. Find other dev team if you wanna salvage your investments
