Riding a bike has never been so simple
Open the app and activate the geoloc service to find the nearest station with available bikes.
When close to the station, press « release a Vélo’v » and pick yours!

The app allows you to receive a notification at the end of each trip, confirming that your bike has been properly returned (provided you have enabled notifications). You can also share your experience with the Vélo’v users community!

The Vélo’v officiel app offers you the choice between different plans. Whether you are a regular or occasional user, die-hard fan of mechanical bikes or electric assistance’s lover… you will find the one for you! Your credit card payments are secured.

One plan, several users
You can borrow up to 5 Vélo’v simultaneously and invite friends to discover the service with the Vélo’v officiel app. Holder or not of an annual Vélo’v plan, you can buy up to 5 short-term plan in one transaction!

Get rewards
Participate to the service and its improvment by evaluating your bike at the end of your trip, report a default to the technical service in the app or turn back your Vélo’v in an empty station.

Terrible experience. My bank cards were frozen during subscription due to suspected fraud. After finally getting a 24-hour pass and parking the bike properly, The next day, I was shocked to receive an email claiming I had exceeded the 24-hour rental limit. I was then told I had to return to the same location, find the bike, and reattach it to the rack even though, i did that already and I was charged €51. The system clearly failed to register the return. It felt like a scam from start to finish

For english language tourist, very bad experience. Took my money 3 times through the app for a "occasional" subscription but wouldn't let me take a bike (it said I didn't have enough loyalty points though I could see the unused subscriptions in the subscription page), almost missed my train (had to take taxi). The English language translation of the app is pretty confusing would not recommend, maybe it's better in french.

Be careful if you buy a subscription and the app says that an error occurred. I tried to buy a few different subscriptions and each one resulted in an error appearing, but then I ended-up with five subscriptions!
