I needed my report for tax season so I installed the app. It took 4 different attempts just to get an email with a code. Gets code, now I have to call my pharmacy to get another 6 digit code. Ok, good, 2 step verification done. Logs back in app, freezes and shuts down. Try again twice. Still freezes at the enter the 6 digitcode that I was provided with. Now I have to drive to my pharmacy to get my report for tax season. Enter sarcastic comment the app.

This new version of the Jean Coutu app is useless. A huge stepback for a company that based their brand on digitizing medication records. Step 4 of 5 of on-line refills freezes and you can't complete any orders. You then have to use a desktop computer to start over. It's been this way for 6 months and no fixes have been made. Sadly, this new app is useless and worse than its predecessor.

Unreliable, unstable. Constantly loses log in details, doesn't always ask for fingerprint to confirm identity. Have to restart app 2-3 times to refill prescriptions. It seems like it prioritizes the points program more than pharmacy features.
