This is the worst app I've ever used. There is no confirmation that the pharmacy is actually preparing my prescription, no notification once it's ready, and no way to see my past orders. Basically you make a refill request and it disappears into the ether. Using the app actually makes refills ready slower than calling or going in person.

Use to work great for 4 years. Now crashes when trying to complete a refill. Sending in your info in only results in them telling you there is a known issue with newer Android versions/devices and they redirect you to the web version. Web version does work, and so does the Apple version. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the 4 years where it worked great. Will edit review once they fix Android version.

Since the new update, we have been unable to use the app to order our medications. The app freezes occasionally when choosing the medications to order but freezes completely when reviewing the medications ordered. We've been getting the "Jean Coutu app is not responding" message. We didn't have any issues before the update/changes. I'll re-rate the app once the issue is fixed. If I could rate it as "0", I would.
