I was referred to visit Jenny's by my sister;but, my first visit is my very last visit. I work very hard for my money and I don't appreciate being greeted at the door by security or police, especially when I learn other locations (not in minority neighborhoods) are not faced with the same. Ridiculous and demeaning.

Won't scan my bar code and there's no way to manually type it in.

Scanning barcodes to link loyalty accounts, never works
