Making daily life feel like living.
Maddy is a community companion built by an AuDHDer and her ADHD dad, for the days willpower alone can't carry you. Your day, sized to how you're actually doing. Your people, connected around you without hovering. Real rewards, real care, and a little more everyday confidence each time something small gets done. Better today, every day.
The space between your incredible capabilities and where you feel stuck on the daily is exactly what Maddy was built for. You may be able to travel the globe, play the piano, game like a pro, or cook like a chef. But brushing your teeth, getting outside, or getting dressed and making lunch? Some days those are super hard.
That gap is not laziness, lack of motivation, or moral failure. Your brain runs on context, not on willpower. Maddy brings the context, at your pace.
Your pace:
- A check-in that meets you where you are: moving slow, just okay, restless, feeling good, or "I need a pause." The day resizes to your answer, and every answer is a right answer.
- Doable days: your things sorted into morning, afternoon and evening, a few at a time, the rest behind one tap. How many you see follows your check-in, and a pause day goes straight to care.
- There are no streaks to break, ever. Yesterday never follows you into today. The relationship between you and your day survives the morning you cannot do it.
- Reminders that answer to you: set them per thing, with quiet hours, rest days that stay quiet, and gentle or badge-only delivery. Off is always allowed, and nothing piles up.
Your people:
- A circle of care that shows up for each other: someone funds the rewards, someone cheers a win you share, someone just gets it. Maddy does the remembering, so your people get to just be your people.
- Real rewards, your family's way: money, screen time, or something you choose together, earned the moment a thing gets done, not three days later in a summary.
- Care, not surveillance: supporters and peers see only the wins you choose to share, never your list, never how a day felt. Caregivers see your things and your check-in, because that is how they help, and one switch pauses every automatic heads-up.
- Starting on your own is a real answer. Maddy works fully solo; your circle can join whenever you want.
Your care:
- A care room one tap from your day: breathing, grounding, body-based calm, coloring, sound, and a few good laughs.
- A private book of your year: the moments you choose to keep, yours alone.
- A journal, just for you. No one else can ever see it.
For the parent, partner, or sibling who helps:
The caregiver side is opt-in. You fund the real rewards; Maddy keeps track of what's earned. You see what they're working on and how they're showing up, you leave notes, and your encouragement lands. You are not surveillance. You are the people who love them, and Maddy is built to honor that.
For practitioners: Maddy is a between-session scaffold, not an intervention instrument. Research foundation at mymaddy.app/research.
About the name:
Maddy was built by a dad for his AuDHD daughter, also named Maddy. She is the named co-designer, and she shaped the app for the day she least felt like using it. The app carries her name with her consent. It is for anyone who needs what she needed: a quiet, warm scaffold for the parts of the day with no built-in structure.
Built for anyone who wants their days held. Built by Reck the Fort LLC.
Maddy is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. For medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, talk with a healthcare professional.
Free during open testing on Google Play. Subscriptions come with a later release, and supporters and peers will always be free.
