We could all use this app makes my days go snow there and gives me strength to handle whatever hurdles come my way. I noticed that if I did not read the daily message that my day would not go very well. Also, it never fails to uplift me and remind me that I'm not alone and I Garner strength from all of the daily messages and meditations. I have gotten many friends to install this app and all of them loved it and eventually need it.

The pop up ads are horrible! Nothing like waking up early to have a peaceful moment to read meditation and an ad that says BEER SUCKS pops up in your face! How inappropriate!!
