For flight-only bookings, that includes your flight's status, and for package holiday bookings, you'll see your hotel details, travel vouchers, transfer information and exciting excursions available in your resort. For the two months I have been using this App my ability to access their site has been sporadic at best. 90% of the time it will not open, and when it does I get one chance. If I attempt to go back a page it will error out as "Not authorized to view this page. If I attempt to log back in I receive the same error message and am unable to attempt access until the next day. If I go to another phone or computer the same scenario repeats. Uninstall/reinstall does not fix the issue.

Not really a user friendly experience. I felt overwhelmed when O first opened the app. A simplified home page will work better. The biggest reason for three stars is the fact there is no Google wallet support. Sure downloading a PDF to my phone works, but it's just an unnecessary step. Especially when I have to find my through files and such. Just simpler and easier with Google Wallet.

Thank you for your feedback. Our development team is always working to improve your experience and are currently looking into implementing the use of a digital wallet for our android users. Boarding passes in the meantime can be found in the app, even when offline if you do not want to use the PDF versions you can download.

The app is always so slow.... Also, I can't access the booking - it seems only lead passenger can. I had to log into the app with partners details (he's lead passenger) which seems silly. Also when searching for holidays, it's not possible to search for the entire month. We wanted to go in April but were flexible on dates....however, it wasn't possible to search all flights in April to get the best deal - we had to check each day (flexible by 3 days) and it was very time consuming.

If you're not the lead passenger you can log out of myJet2 and enter individual booking details to be saved to the app. Re search - once you have made your search there is a button next to the date on the holiday that says 'view dates and prices', also you can click on the hyperlinked date once you are within the holiday to view date/price options.

What's new

Great news! It's now even easier to provide feedback after your trip. We’ve added a link on your ‘saved booking’ page which has multiple options to choose from to let us know about your experience. Leave us a review, fill out our survey or get in touch with us directly. We've also added the all-new friends and family feature in your myJet2 account, so it’s even simpler to add others to your booking. Some other enhancements and bug fixes have also been worked on for an improved app experience.
