- Before you go: With a myJet2 account, you can save your booking, so you don't need to log in more than once. You can also start the countdown, check in online and get your digital boarding passes including Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet. Plus, you can add Travel Essentials, such as seats, in-flight meals, and extra baggage.

- While you're travelling: We've made your booking details more accessible, with all the important information you need to know in one place. For flight bookings, that includes your flight's status, and for package holiday bookings, you'll see your hotel details, travel vouchers, transfer information and exciting excursions available in your resort. To make your journey easier, you can upload and view travel documents for each passenger in one handy area too. There's also easy access to our latest travel safety information.

My husband and I have used the Jet2 app for a number of years and have always found it very easy to use, giving all the information we need at a glance when logged in. Being able to add items at a later date is very helpful also. We found it great for checking booking dates and times, once booked. We always use it to book our holidays and flights, wouldn't use any other company !!

Garbage, it's more a marketing platform that forgot the customer. You'd think that I was telling porkies if I told you that the Jet2 app doesn't allow you to add boarding passes to your android wallet.... poor doo! As of 2nd quarter 2024, 71.65% of the mobile operating systems are android, yet Apple whom have 27.62 of the market have the ability to add boarding passes to their wallet. Weird hey!

Useless app with misleading prices and availability! Holiday search says one price, click on it and the price is £100s more! Or it says "this holiday is no longer available". You try hours later but prices and availability still haven't been updated so it still says the same. Worst of all, I was about to click pay for the holiday when I noticed departure date had been changed by the app without warning from 20th to 24th. Started again and the same thing happened! Not the usual Jet2 experience!
