- Before you go: With a myJet2 account, you can save your booking, so you don't need to log in more than once. You can start the countdown, check in online and save your digital boarding passes to your Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet. Plus, you can add Travel Essentials, such as seats, in-flight meals, and extra baggage. Need to speak to us? You can reach us on WhatsApp or via our new, in-app chat for fast, helpful replies.
- While you're travelling: We've made your booking details more accessible, with all the important information you need in one place. For flight bookings that includes your flight's status, and for package holidays, you'll see your hotel details, travel vouchers, transfer information and experiences available in your resort. To make your journey easier, you can upload and see travel documents for each passenger in one handy area too. There's also easy access to our latest travel safety information. Use our handy new translator tool to get to grips with the local lingo in your destination. You can simply type in words or scan menus, signs and more for instant translation! There are also some pre-set phrases you can practise.

My husband and I have used the Jet2 app for a number of years and have always found it very easy to use, giving all the information we need at a glance when logged in. Being able to add items at a later date is very helpful also. We found it great for checking booking dates and times, once booked. We always use it to book our holidays and flights, wouldn't use any other company !!

For the two months I have been using this App my ability to access their site has been sporadic at best. 90% of the time it will not open, and when it does I get one chance. If I attempt to go back a page it will error out as "Not authorized to view this page. If I attempt to log back in I receive the same error message and am unable to attempt access until the next day. If I go to another phone or computer the same scenario repeats. Uninstall/reinstall does not fix the issue.

You guys really need to sort out your offline viewing for boarding passes, can't use Internet in my current hotel as its weak so I downloaded my boarding passes to view offline and you can't view them, it comes up as a blank page with a share link that does virtually nothing, I had to go onto your website to get hold of them which defeats the point of the so called "easy" app that doesn't load vital documents needed to get home! You need to get that sorted!
