Ratings and reviews

Prices are good. But the app is terrible for buying packs. If you're switching out to another app to get payment details, you're going to get sent back to have beginning. The app doesn't even remember how much data you had so that if/when you run out it's confused and makes you log in again. Which of course you can't do. How to buy packs when you don't have internet?!?

I have been using three different e-SIMs during my regular travel. To be perfectly honest, all of them work more or less the same, sometimes good, and sometimes so-so. But the customer support of Jetpac is outstanding. No matter how confusing and complicated your issue is, the reply comes within minutes, and the issue is resolved momentarily. Just got another proof of it today. Thank you, Ferlene!

Utterly disappointing. Tried to connect in Mexico with Google Pixel. If you don't want to deep dive manually into your most hidden phone settings to manually change and tune a myriad of parameters, this is not for you. There is no automated process. This should be a simple, not requiring the user to be a programmer. Same issues trying to connect in Germany. Without long customer support chats, nothing works out of the box. Just a terrible app, period!
