Ratings and reviews

App is always extremely inconsistent - sometimes it works perfectly, other times it constantly crashes or locks up. It does the latter a lot more...about 90% of the time. The issue I've been running into lately is an issue between their app and their database because it says I'm not a member of their loyalty program (I receive at least one email every two days, so I know I'm there!). Hopefully they can invest some money into getting the app on par with other pizza places.

The App is "okay" for lack of a better term. There really isnt much app accessibility in terms of rewards and ordering functions. When you select "order" and choose you store, it actually will open up your browser function rather than from the app itself. We are talking pizza-chain business, so I'll cut it some slack. Fortunately, their pizza is good and service is fast from what I can recall.

Now I can't even use the app at all. After it opens and I select use current location an error message pops up. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled, still having this issue. This app is terrible. You'd think as much as they charge for pizza they could afford to have an app that actually works when I try to order from them and give them my money. So many problems. Unbelievable!
