Ratings and reviews

Until 2 days ago I might have rated this much higher. I think there was an update of some kind and now, well I was able to place an order, but that's it. App didn't recognize me as a returning customer. Had to create a new account. All my previously earned rewards were unavailable. Stored payment info, gone. Update? I can get pizza elsewhere.

Really wild to think in 2019 a company the size of Jets wouldn't have a working, serviceable app. It redirects to website ordering, not easy to navigate, often crashes. Haven't ordered jets in a few years now because of the app (and I love the pizza!). And with more 1 star reviews than anything else, it's scary to think they haven't changed anything...

This app has never worked and I've had it for over a year. When I'm out of town, i use domino's app - and it's AMAZING! So easy and fast to order. And you get free pizzas. A LOT! The app won't update my keyword, so i can never log on. Have to call or text my order in every time. And no points for free pizzas. As much as i love their pizzas, pating $24 for a large, 3 topping is insane. Ordering large domino's pick up pizza for $9 and free pizzas multiple times is the way I'm going from now on!!!
