I used this solution on my first car and was truly impressed by its performance. So, when I purchased my second car, I wasted no time in installing it right away. The combination of the solution and the application works seamlessly together. However, there are a few additional features I would love to see included, such as tracking details like air conditioning performance, the ability to stop the engine remotely, automatic mileage calculations, and tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) data.

bought a new JioMotive device last week, but I’m unable to register it in the JioThings app. It shows an error saying, “IMEI number already exists.” I tried calling customer care, but the call stays on hold for more than 10 minutes and no one answers. I also emailed them, but they only respond with automated messages asking for details like my car model and pincode (which doesn’t make sense since the registration itself has failed). Very poor customer support.

Initially for few months it worked fine and I was able to get my vehicle info but soon after it stopped showing the details and always will show error page when I try to access my vehicle info. Tried resetting the device on car but did not work. Tried reaching out to customer care but there is no customer care for this. Complete scam by Jio, just sell device but don't provide any service afterwards.
