Ratings and reviews

So far, I'm really enjoying the games. I initially started with a 3-day Pro Plan subscription as a trial, which was the best decision. After that, I continued with multiple subscriptions. I really loved how there were little to no lags and issues in the games. Honestly, I'm satisfied, but it would be even better if you included demanding AAA games like RDR 2 and GTA 5. JioGames would grow even more with that. We acknowledge that you're working on it, and we fully support it. We'll stay tuned!

JioGames cloud gaming is good overall, but the Android Fire TV app has a major compatibility issue. Some games like the Tomb Raider series and Watch Dogs show an “Invalid URL” error when I try to launch them on my Android Fire TV. However, the same games work perfectly on my phone and JioTV set-top box. This seems to be an issue with the JioGames TV app on Fire TV. Please fix this compatibility problem so supported games can be played across all devices.

I have used the Jio Gaming Controller for over 6 months and it worked perfectly with Jio Cloud Games. After Assassin’s Creed Revelations launched, the controller started having serious mapping issues. Start/Select and LB/RB functions are incorrect, and most importantly, the RS (Right Stick) is not working, so I cannot control the camera. The controller works normally with other games. Please investigate this game-specific issue and fix the controller mapping ASAP.
