The games are great and the playing experience is good but the virtual gamepad must be customised please look into this matter LT and LB buttons should be in the left side of the game pad then we can experience great gameplay in the current game settings we are unable to touch both left and right side RT,LT,LB AND RB buttons at the same time that's why we are unable to play games effortlessly. kindly look into this matter thank you.

Many times I tried to open this app, but it just doesn’t open. 90% of the time it fails to open. When I turn off the internet and then open the app, and after that turn the internet on, only then does it open. Otherwise, it’s just pure luck if it opens. It also crashes many times during gameplay. Worst experience. Rating: 1 star.

It's a wonderful experience to play on JioGames. I have not encountered much issue while playing the games. It's one of the best Cloud gaming platforms I have ever seen. I am always ready to use it. But the only issue is the games that it is providing. I mean the current games are great. But if you're reading this, can you please add Assassin's Creed Unity on your platform ? I have been wanting to play it very eagerly. Please just add this game to your library, if possible. Please 🥺
