When security guard ask for permission in app, the app notification rings very loudly. Also it reset the voice setting of mobile to maximum. I have me and wife both registered with my flat number. If the app request has been approved on one of mobile. It still continues to ring on other mobile. Highly irrating experience with this app.

Initially gave 4* but now reduce it to 1 star due to 2 problems..1st their alerts are real crazy, just too loud and can't do anything to adjust volume levels or change tone. 2nd if you miss notification, you receive phone call but that call doesn't tell anything who or what kind of visitor you have, even opening app doesn't help.
