"Dear Jio Team, The Jio POS Lite app is good, but it has a major drawback. While doing a recharge, the mobile number only needs to be entered once. In a hurry, if even a single digit is mistyped, the recharge is processed on the wrong number, causing a direct financial loss to the user. Please add a 'Double Number Confirmation' feature in this app as soon as possible, just like in Jio POS Plus, so that accidental wrong recharges can be prevented. > Thank you!"

I signed up almost 23 days ago, but I haven't received any response yet. The last time I tried, I was asked to upload some additional documents, which I did, but this time I haven't received any response at all. For the past 20 days, it's been showing the same message: "Thank you for signing up with JioPOS Lite Your details are being verified. You will receive an SMS with the status of your application."

please fix the app share receipt does't contain customer number and recharge amount. also sometimes Due khata doesnot showing all the due payments. Also hope we can see these features in future 1) search customer number from history 2) load more money into wallet at a time 3) biometric login in app 4) and something with wrong recharge amount or wrong number Thank you JIO for this Wonderful App 😊
