I am unable to recharge using the Jio Lite app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, then logged in again, but the recharge still doesn't work. Please fix this issue; otherwise, provide an option to transfer the amount currently available in the app to another wallet via UPI. Also, make all Jio recharge plans available on every recharge platform, because some recharges are not showing up on certain platforms.

I have been complaining about the app which has not been working more than 1 month, i am not able to recharge any number and money is still in my wallet. If you are not going to look into the matter and resolve it atleast return my money from the wallet to my account so that I won't bother you and your app anymore. Thank you for your understanding.

App has not been working properly for weeks now. I successfully added and uploaded money to my wallet/account, but it is impossible to use it to recharge my number. Every time I try, the transaction fails or gets stuck, yet my funds are gone. Extremely frustrating experience with zero customer support. Please fix this bug immediately and refund or update my balance!
