The commission provided is very low. On top of that, you are asking for additional certificates. We are investing our own money and helping you grow your business by doing recharges for customers. When the commission is this minimal and extra requirements are imposed, it is not sustainable for us. If this continues, no one will be interested in doing recharges for your service. Kindly review the commission structure and requirements.

Slow as Internet Explorer. I've been using the app for the last 2 years, but currently the app has become trash, it takes more than 15 mins for page to show the recharge available on a number, this is one of. the twerks made by the company for a person who doesn't sell their Sim cards and only sell the recharge bundles offline, Won't deposit any more amount in the app, it's trash friends, don't fall in their trap and worst scene is we can't even complaint about the app.

The application isn't working from 20th may, unable to do any recharges. After entering mobile no. and clicking on proceed, it's just showing the never ending processing page. There is no way to connect with the customer service associate. There is no response from the team here also. Any one facing any problem, didn't get any solution. Worst team TEAM JIO hired, for this.
