Pretty hopeless for the customer and for the business - which seems to make it as difficult as possible to give them money! Entry of mobile number and OTP is required every time the app is opened (expected when setting up but why every time?) and then the OTP doesn't arrive! Result? After four attempts, I can't place my order and Keells can't take my money! The number of developer responses to reviews (i. e. zero) is very significant. What a way to do business.

Not a user friendly app. Waste time by not allowing to see the items at once. When viewing category pages, please allow customers to increase the number of items displayed per page, or provide a "Show All" facility. This would significantly reduce the number of clicks required to browse extensive sections.

The app is very user friendly and the product categorization is very sensible. I got my order within 14hrs. Nice refund mode option also in case of unavailable stocks. 2 improvements I suggest: 1. Offer a payment on delivery option. Not everybody has online card facilities enabled. 2. Either enable adding of unavailable stocks to cart or offer the option of editing orders even after placing when still in processing stage. Items may come back in stock prior to dispatching. Good app overall!
