BlackVault stores your passwords on your device — not in the cloud. No account required. No remote servers. No internet permissions needed for any core feature. Just an encrypted vault that stays exactly where it belongs: on your phone.
How your data is protected
Every entry is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from your master password via Argon2id — the same standards used by security professionals. There are no backdoors, no recovery emails, and no master password reset. Zero-knowledge by design.
