Circlys App offers you the opportunity to join a public circles (Rosca) with well trusted people. We issue a legal contract for every circle. To group people together in a public circles, we ask each to sign off promissory notes. That promissory notes could lead someone to lawsuits if they drop off paying on other members in the circle.

The App opens up on a monthly basis new public circles for new members to make a reservation of the cycle that suits their needs.

Filling a KYC (Know Your Client) form is a must within 72h max, to get a joining in approval. Note that failing to fill this form out, will make you unqualified and you’ll get back your paid fees.

If a member stops paying on others cycles for any reason, then Circlys App will be responsible to continue on and pay so there won’t be delays for anyone else. And Circlys it self will then take action to legal prosecution who ever is not paying on other members cycles. Though, Circlys might need power of attorney from you to proceed on legal procedures.

In the other hand, if you have a private circle with people you know, Circlys App will help you to easily manage and organize it through the App. You can add those members to your private circle from your phone contact list. Also, everyone will get notifications when it’s time to pay, you’ll have organized tables instead of the old traditional ones and you’ll have all needed information of others to make bank transfers like their full name, which bank, Account numbers. All those info are available inside App and can be locked out if wanted. Finally, you can get a legal contract for your private circle by purchasing an additional circle package. And that’s for saving rights of all your private members of family/friends.

This is worst app ever. They charge you a lot of money to get in specially if you want your turn in the beginning which looks like Riba. There is other app which is much better than this one, and only charge you 199 whenever you want your turn. The app name is Hakbah

Unable to pay and keeps asking for mada, even though the provided card is mada!

The ratio or percentage is high and not fixed and should be takin when they give the money not before they start. Also in half hour all the circles got full.
