got rejected from a circle I booked, and they suggested either a refund or a circle replacement, I chose a refund and got banned for 3 months, they should've told me about the ban when confirming the refund, + 21 days refund policy is just absurd. not to forget the insanely high fees for the early receiving circles, they charge almost 20% of the whole circle, propustrous.

They are on dot about the timing and they do it perfectly and no follow required. Maybe delay due to some reason but rest assure it will reach you. Was not able to continue till the closure because of my personal reason. Otherwise the process is very smoother and simple.

Hi I was subscribed a circlys ,for one day they excluded from circlys , I agreed For refund they said ,as per policy 14 days return back , for me still more than three weeks I didn't receive. They didn't follow policy, unable to contact customer care also. I don't know when I will get my money back.
