whatever happened to this app 3 weeks ago has made the experience with it much worse. it shuts down randomly, lags/is slow. how bloom was running before this change over was fantastic, and now it's just kind of garbage. it still works sometimes, but it's significantly more hassle than it's worth at this point. the fact that it shuts down randomly is the peak of my annoyance. I enjoyed this app until recently when it started nagging me about using the biometrics and then not loading information

The app is confusing when you cancel your subscription. The app customer service refuses to give a full refund when you did not use their learning modules. I do not recommend it. It's not worth it. when signing up, they say it is 5 dollars monthly, but I was charged 60 dollars. They refused to fully return, claiming I completed a module. Customer Service wants to give a partial refund of 45 dollars.

Honestly, I was skeptical about Bloom. But after just an hour of going through as many lessons as I can, I feel confident I'll be able to better understand the market better. The lessons are engaging and easy to comprehend, and the video game factor holds my attention and motivates me to learn more for better rewards! Give it a shot if you wanna learn while having fun! 😁
