Ratings and reviews

The app and even the website is insanely SLOW. Even just looking through the rooms or trying to book a room makes it super laggy. Literally anything you do on this app and website is just so slow. Please fix how slow it is. The hotel itself is great and the rooms are beautiful, but this app needs to be cleaned up and so does the website. Its so clunky

If you haven't yet been to this place you need to go put on your best attire make sure you grab a bite to eat at one of many options. Spend some time underneath the largest crystal decoration that I have ever seen. It is such an incredible piece of architecture. They pay close attention to the overall experience of their customers. My vote for casino of the year.

Can't book room . The app is just an ad for FountaineBleu. I'm on Android. Tried booking a room but can't move past the dates. I can see the next step at the bottom of the page but it doesn't let me get to it. It just keeps scrolling through the calendar.... even after selecting the dates. I wouldn't trust putting my CC info on here. If they can't get this right, what else are they slacking on?
