DBT is so helpful but often gets overshadowed by CBT as a treatment modality. So I was super excited to find an app that utilizes DBT, & the Jones Mindful Living app DID NOT disappoint! I use the app daily for almost the past 3 months, & I'm already noticing some positive effects in my from doing it. I'm in university, so I don't have a whole lot of extra spending money now, but I'm currently saving up to purchase the full version hopefully soon, so that I can continue my therapeitic journey!
