PdfManager is a straightforward PDF companion for Android. Pick a folder with the system file picker, and the app lists the PDFs inside it with filenames and page counts.
Open any document in a full-screen reader with a clear page indicator. From the home screen choose one of four tools:
• Merge — long-press to select 2 to 10 PDFs and combine them in order (each file up to 50 pages, 500 pages combined). Drag to reorder before merging.
• Split — turn one PDF into several by typing page numbers; preview each part before you confirm.
• Blackout (redact) — drag black boxes over anything you want hidden. Edited pages are flattened to images, so covered content is permanently removed, not just visually masked.
• Signature — sign with your finger or type your name in a handwriting-style font, add an optional date, then drag it into place.
Results are saved as new files next to the source (or to Downloads), so your originals stay untouched. Delete asks for confirmation, removes the entry from the app, and requests document deletion when your storage provider allows it.
Everything runs on files you allow on the device. The UI uses Material 3 with light and dark themes and is available in 10 languages.
