Train with total confidence to be in goal shape by race day, without sweating the specifics of a rigid training plan.

Kaizen's training system cares about 2 things; getting you in goal fitness on race day, and giving you the flexibility to train around your life and commitments. This is how it works.

Once you’ve connected your data and set a goal, you will be set a weekly distance target.

The weekly target may change during the week, depending at what pace you run, how much elevation you gain and how much cross training you do.

Your race prediction will update after every run, considering the impact of every single run on your overall fitness. If you achieve your weekly target week after week, Kaizen will get you in shape to run your goal time on race day and you'll see your prediction improving accordingly.

Kaizen reflects an accurate picture of your training and progress. Its simplicity keeps you motivated and realistic about achieving your running goals.

I like the idea of it , need more time to see if the data is helpful for me. At the moment , the user interface is not good enough to be expecting paid subscription. The week planner needs some improvement ,on my device when it is dragged to the bottom,when it i reopened the info never loads. Id also like the option to add several weeks ahead.

Just started and downloaded, but the rollers to set my upcoming race date have the common problem of " rolling on their own accord". You should really think about updating this to actual entry, instead of the dumb rollers. Suck heavily. I can't set anything it wants to set for me. Common problem with rollers. Please have digital Entry not rollers. Scroll entry sucks. I will definitely change my rating if you fix this so I can actually use this app. Until then it's going to sit unused and either

Highly flawed for interval training. I am a paid user, and emailed them 2x without a response, so need to let others know before they would purchase. Let's say you do 10x 1 mile track workout at 6:30/mile pace with 90 seconds standing recovery. Kaizen views that as you lite jogging at 8:00/mile pace and punishes your score. Unless you stop your watch after every interval, Kaizen is way off. These are pre-programmed rest breaks in Coros, so stopping my watch is not an option. Garbage prediction.
