Almost every app on your phone is engineered to keep you scrolling — so JourneyKeep does the opposite. Using the same behavioral loops that apps use to hold your attention, it helps you build habits you actually care about.

Each morning, you get a focused set of quests to complete (examples: gym, read, run, get outside, meditate). Complete a quest, verify with a photo, and earn crowns. Miss a quest, lose your streak. Every progress event is tracked so you can see exactly what you completed and when.

JourneyKeep is designed for people who want to reduce distraction and protect deep work time. It combines habit formation with practical app blocking, so you spend less time negotiating with yourself and more time taking action.

Each day, your quests refresh on a schedule. Complete them before the end of the day or lose your streak. You can see your consistency over time and maintain momentum with a clear, repeatable routine.

Go beyond your default routine with extra quests. Side quests, bonus goals, and optional challenges help you earn more crowns and stay engaged with your goals.

• PHOTO VERIFICATION
Complete your quest and upload a photo to verify completion. This keeps your progress authentic and meaningful.

• APP BLOCKING (CORE FEATURE)
Choose distracting apps and enable Focus Sessions. JourneyKeep can block or limit usage of selected apps during those sessions so your attention stays where you intended.

• CROWNS & PROGRESSION
Earn crowns for completed actions. Use them to take breaks, end sessions, or stay on track with your productivity and consistency goals.

• BUILT TO MAKE YOU RETURN TO LIFE
The app is designed to support real-world habits you can sustain: not endless app usage, but real progress outside the screen.

Accessibility and Privacy (Android):
JourneyKeep uses Android’s AccessibilityService API to support one explicit feature: app blocking during focus sessions. While a session is active, this helps JourneyKeep detect when a blocked app is opened and enforce your selected blocking behavior.

JourneyKeep uses only the minimum data needed for this feature: foreground app context for app-blocking. It does not read notifications, typed text, on-screen content, messages, contacts, passwords, or content from other apps. Data from Accessibility usage is not collected for ad targeting, profiling, or unrelated analytics.

You can disable Accessibility permission for JourneyKeep at any time in your Android Accessibility settings.

JourneyKeep also uses Apple Screen Time on iOS where applicable to enforce selected app limits in that environment.

Not going to lie, this is an AMAZING application. like not even kidding, it got me off my phone more than I could ever do on my own. Its like, it prevents you somehow to not use your phone. Overall, epic application, and this isn't a bot or any sponsor lol, I highly recommend trying this app. Thank you developers for making this app ;)

originally made a five-star review, but that just does not stand anymore. originally it was a really cool app design and just premise in general, they've now changed it to where you need to pay to use the app, genuinely loved the process of side quests and just bettering my quality of life, I'm genuinely really disappointed. this app was really helping me in my day to day, if you are reading this and are a part of the journey keep team, please do better. forcing a paid subscription is scummy. ☹️

There should've been a free version with locked features, or you should've been transparent that it's paid, and pretty expensive too before you put me through a 15 minute "personalization" ritual.
