I'd like to inform everyone that the total time for an order delivery is 1-2 hour, cause ofcourse the app is from 1950s you'll never get to place an order in 5-10 minutes, your cart will refresh 200 times, sometimes showing no item in cart, sometimes showing everything is out of stock, then the order review page will be presented but lo behold the make payment button won't be functional. Istg they have terrible UI. I've been trying to place an order since 1.5 hours, and now I gotta relogin.

In quick delivery some products are wrong most of the time and no resolution.If you try to raise complaints the app just crashes. There is no other option to raise a complaint to get a response. You call the customer care they just sent you a link(that dont work) to raise a complaint. Horrible experience . Might as well go get the products ourselves. at least we wont have to eat limes instead of oranges we paid for!

Jiomart is one of the worst apps I’ve used. They never deliver on time, and even worse, they partially cancel your orders without any proper reason. When the delivery gets delayed, they don’t even give you an option to cancel it yourself. Extremely disappointing experience — I’d strongly recommend avoiding Jiomart for any purchase.
