They send Patanjali products instead of ordered products. customer care is impossible to reach. If you do, you have to wait 3 days for replacement. no refunds here. other apps are way better. Also, the customer care number only sends us message to complain on app. the App diverts to number. keep playing customers.

Pathetic.. sheer disappointing. You might get fooled by the offer in the advertisement or even in the app, beware it might be calling for wasting your precious time. unlike other proficient apps that I use, this doesn't give you a definite timeline for your order delivery. It was a lil less so to top it all, they would even abruptly cancel your order and keep your money for not sure how long. Looking at the worst management and professionalism, seems it might call for a consumer court complaint.

There are many bugs in your app now. The previous version worked much better. Currently, I have to enable my location every time I place an order, even though it’s already saved. When I search for a product, I often get completely unrelated results. Also, if I try searching on Google and open the product in the JioMart app, it doesn’t load properly. Earlier, it would at least redirect to a similar product and show availability, which was acceptable. The current experience is quite frustrating.
