Ratings and reviews

App has become super slow. It takes much more time to add or remove any article to the cart. There is no option to remove article from the cart. Even it operates very slowly. Jiomart is at very infant stage as compared to amazon or flipkart. I am many times unable to avail the 10 % instant discount offer even after it is available. There are many technical glitches in application.

Very poor design. So many products will be listed, and the moment you go to product details, it says not available for your pin code. Why can't only the products available be displayed based on shipping zip code? There are several other bugs. I've been using it for almost a year , but nothing has been fixed. Did not expect this from Reliance

The worst app and facility I have ever used! They take the order with assurance to deliver by certain date, keep on changing the delivery date till you become disgusted and call for cancellation (which is not available on the order page), the order gets cancelled 'on your request '. What about the time wasted in the process? I am not going to use it, neither I recommend anyone to use it.
