Hi! My name is João Rodrigues, I'm 28 years old, and sport is a part of me. I've always been motivated to do physical activity—it's more than a habit, it's a lifestyle.
During adolescence, I started my journey in football, where a great passion was born that I maintained for several years.
In 2018, I decided to take a Sports degree, and that's where I discovered a new passion: weight training, which I've practiced ever since.
I started my professional activity in a gym, where I worked for three and a half years. Currently, I have my own space—JR Studio Active.
At the beginning of 2025, I ended my connection to federated football and decided to focus entirely on helping other people achieve their goals.
I also returned to running—a true love/hate relationship (those who run know 🫣). I've already participated in races like the Serra Amarela 15km and the Famalicão Half Marathon 2025, and this is just the beginning! 🔥
With all the experience I've gained, I want to share my knowledge and help you achieve your goals.
