My Moon Phase Pro is the best app for tracking the lunar calendar. It has a sleek dark design which makes it easy to view information such as the current moon cycle, moonrise & moonset times as well as extras such as when the next full moon will be. If you're interested in moon photography, you can also find out when the golden hours and blue hours are so you can take the most beautiful photos.

- View the moon cycle for any date in the future by scrolling on the date bar or by tapping the calendar button!
- Either allow the app to use your current location or manually select a location of your choice to use!
- See how cloudy the sky is expected to be on upcoming days so you can work out whether you'll be able to see the moon or not!
- Find the upcoming moon phases straight on the main screen - you'll instantly know when the next full moon, new moon, first quarter and last quarter are.

I got the pro version of this for the widget, which works just fine. There just just a dark one and a transparent background one. Worth the small cost, imo, although I wish it was possible to customize the widget more (e.g. transparency levels, rounded corners or not). The information appears to be accurate and the rest of the app is the same as the free version, minus ads, essentially. No complaints. It's clean and simple.

I have used this time and time again, and it never disappoints! It's one of my favorite apps for finding out what phase the moon is in currently, a few weeks from now, and further! Great bonuses - in my opinion - include it's notification options, available times for sunsets and sunrises, current distance from the moon, and more! Tldr; great app, rating 5/5

It does exactly what it sets out to do. The app shows phases and exact percentages that'll be seen at night, calculations for any date, weather for nearby dates, fully adjustable notifications, time of moon rising and setting, and best time for observation/photography. Date selection is good for most applications, but difficult to use if you're interested in more than a couple year's timespan. What i also found lacking is that the app doesn't predict eclipses, lunar or solar.
