Service sucks! My address was correct but they kept on labeling my order as problematic due to wrong sortment or address where in fact I've been using the same address when ordering and there was no problem before. Now, I've been complaing about it for 5 days and still haven't got my package. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 If I could only rate you a zero.

very poor quality. i created a pick up service but later came to know it was actually for drop off LOL. Even on the app it was marked as "requesting pick-up" what a joke. the CS told me to not based it on the app, what's the use of the app then? just to mislead people? lol Can't even get a hold of live support in the app. I had to go to facebook.
