Possibly the worst app in the history of the internet. inconsistent user interface, does not allow account information to be displayed/changed. Web interface including login completely different from app. Enter data for package pickup and the package is never picked up. checkbox for T&C every login. Weird sliding puzzle for 'security' everytime. just horrible.

App suddenly malfunctioned. Cannot track a parcel and keep on getting a "connection reset" message instead. Their website is not loading too. The app does not state anything the plausible cause for this. The application is okay when it works though. However, the ad you get when you open is annoying.

I just installed this app just to rate you. first of all useless riders they fake the attempted delivery and make me look bad on the seller worst is the second attempt it told i canceled the order. its not one or two but multiple times this happens to our area. If the rider likes the order they just say parcel delivered even its not. if there is other courier than you Ill choose the latter
