nothing about the app. this company opens your packages just to make sure you are sending docs that ARE NOT ORIGINAL BECAUSE THEY LOSE IT. They OPENED MY ENVELOPE, THAT IS INVASION OF PRIVACY.have you ever heard of a logistics company that DOES NOT WANT TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for lost delivery?? Maybe I should send a 1 page stick figure drawing, seal it in an envelope and send it to tawi tawi, coz you can only deliver unimportant documents right?

App suddenly malfunctioned. Cannot track a parcel and keep on getting a "connection reset" message instead. Their website is not loading too. The app does not state anything the plausible cause for this. The application is okay when it works though. However, the ad you get when you open is annoying.
