Keeps on crashing, bookings disappearing. You need to hire a UX Designer, not everyone will understand what BP or EZ or whatever it was, the naming convention of the places are confusing, layout is not intuitive. EDIT - You seriously need to hire a UX Designer, I tried logging in but there was no proper feedback if password was incorrect or something, it just stayed at the login screen.

I prefer the old version. After updating the app, I can't screenshot the order information. Very inconvenient. It takes very long time to load and open the app. It also keeps on crashing while I'm putting the order details. Please return it to the older version. That was better.

Please allow screenshots again. NOT everyone always has mobile data, because you always need mobile data to access the application, so when we don't have any mobile data/access to wifi we cannot show the orders using the app to the counter when we go to the J&T Express branch. J&T Express branches doesn't even have free access to WIFI. This update causes more hassle than convenience. Allow screenshots again.
