They lost my parcel. Yes, they refunded the amount so I could refund my buyer — but I was the one who had to go all the way to their office just to file for the refund. Think about the hassle and inconvenience that caused me. I lost so much on my end — work hours, time, travel expenses, and the stress they caused. Plus, they lost a limited edition set of pcs.

I dont actually use the app but giving it 5 star for customer service, i got scammed, i tried to buy something online, when added to cart, its impossible to cancel it so i thought its not process yet, suprise when my family received and paid for it, i got my money in the end and only takes 1 week for refund, rating the service but never tried the app but still giving 5star anyway

They make false promises they will refund you when you get scammed with COD then they provide you automated responses with nothing to look forward to. They are being used by scammers and yeah they release your money easily to them. Then they blame you for such. Customer service is terrible. Their customers have no say in the trouble they cause their wire transfer to scammers are easy and yep your money is gone. Totally not trustworthy. Disgusting!!! I want to post pictures but there's no option.
