Fun and effective workouts with minimal equipment designed to keep you challenged – regardless of your fitness level!

The go-at-your-own-pace dumbbell-only workouts offered inside are straightforward for women that are working professionals and stay-at-home moms wanting to get in the best shape of their lives and reach their fitness goals.

Inside you will be able to track your progress, by adding your progress photos, and measurements and track the weight lifted for each workout to ensure that you are progressing from week to week.


•3 Programs: As an active subscriber, you receive 3 workouts to pick from: our community favorite ‘Weekly Workouts’ Movement program, A brand new 6-Week ‘Movement for Beginners’ program, and a 4-week “Move Your Body Anywhere” program. More programs will be coming soon at no additional charge!

• Weekly Workouts:
• The most popular program as new workouts is released on Saturdays at noon MST for the following week.
• These workouts are challenging, effective, time-efficient go-at-your-own-pace workouts for all fitness levels with minimal equipment.
• Lots of variations from week to week to keep you excited, engaged and interested.
• 5 days per week flexible schedule: Lower Body, Upper Body, Cardio/Core, Shoulders/Glutes, and Full Body Conditioning.
• Two workout options each day: a “standard” workout that takes 45-60 minutes to complete or a 30-minute version if you’re low on time

• Movement For Beginners:
• Brand new 6-week progressive program.
• These workouts help you develop a foundation for those new to exercise or returning after taking some time off.
• 5 days per week flexible schedule: 2x Lower Body, 1x Upper Body, 1x Push Day 1x Pull Day.
• Simple foundational movements that will ensure you build strength, coordination, and balance.
• Alternate exercises if you need to scale back or don’t have access to a bench.
• The workouts range from 30-40 minutes to complete.

• Movement For “On-The-Go”:
• A 4-week program that you can use when you’re traveling or on vacation with minor to no equipment.
• This program utilizes bodyweight, resistance bands, and booty pump bands are optional but encouraged.
• 4 days per week flexible schedule: Lower Body, Upper Body, Cardio/Core, and Full Body.
• The workouts will range from 28-32 minutes to complete.

• Progress: Inside, you will be able to track your progress by adding your progress photos and measurements and track the weight lifted for each workout to ensure that you progress from week to week.

• Community & Support: As an active subscriber, you do not have to rely on yourself; you will have access to join thousands of like-minded women from around the world inside our private Facebook community group. This community is here to cheer you on, celebrate your wins and encourage you when you’re feeling down.

• Subscriptions: MWJ offers two subscription options, Monthly and Annual. These subscriptions provide full access to the app, including all programs, and access to the private community Facebook group. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account if joined through the Apple App Store and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. So thankful for everyone who makes this app possible. I love the ability to go at my own pace and change weights up/down as needed without having to pause a video. Also, honestly, I am tired of other programs with prerecorded videos to follow multiple times, and having to listen to the instructor make small talk/ pep talk while I just wanted to push through and get it done. It's so motivating to see the weight moved during each workout and cumulative since starting the program. Feeling strong!

I've been using this app for about 2 years, and I love it so much. I enjoy how easy it is to use and follow the routine. It's predictable in the sense, you know the routine each week and how many rounds. I love that there are modifications for almost every exercise to make it low impact or just less challenging. The videos that play on loop for each exercise are incredible helpful, especially if your unsure of a movement or just trying to keep a certain pace.

I love the workouts, the option of 30 or 60 minutes, the alternate exercises provided in case you don't have a particular piece of equipment (bench, bands, etc), and the community that Julie and her husband have built. Very supportive and encouraging. The stats they provide at the end of a workout and then save in your profile are so helpful, too. If you're on the fence, do it!
