They are always incorrect in their destinations timings, for instance when they say a trip is 5 minutes away, and you accept the trip, its changes to 15-20 minutes away which is very frustrating, and are not also accurate in their navigation system, lot of times they send you on the wrong side of the street or building that sometimes you have to use another map to figure out which way to be. And they also said to include a pulse button or so to enable drivers to Pulse the request in other use b

Wrong miles on trip estimate pick location, poor experience with this , its doesn't show time like how long will take pick up from the locations, so sometimes 1.5 miles will take 15-20 minutes. It's new York city, TIME IS MONEY for TLC driver, what they didn't pay. So update pick up time and distance on the App.
