They are always incorrect in their destinations timings, for instance when they say a trip is 5 minutes away, and you accept the trip, its changes to 15-20 minutes away which is very frustrating, and are not also accurate in their navigation system, lot of times they send you on the wrong side of the street or building that sometimes you have to use another map to figure out which way to be. And they also said to include a pulse button or so to enable drivers to Pulse the request in other use b

I am an Uber driver but I like to do jurney rides more than uber its a request to devlpers that please add an option in the app to edit the passengers in the ride because most of the time from bronx to brooklyn passenger traveling they book ride for 3 people but its only one passenger in the car thats a loss for driver because he cannot get another ride to brooklyn because app thinks three people in the car but in reality its only one so most of the time the driver cancel the ride..

this is poor app, every time give the ride ,pick up ride from the driver , 20 to 30 minutes, if ride near by driver never give the ride. and don't show the many rides in app, where is pick up location, and drop off location. and price very too low. plz update the app, and give the benefit to the driver. thanks 😊
