Don't fall for their offers! The suppliers they're dealing with aren't good, and the timing policy can change while you don't know . You might end up paying for something and you'll be stuck with the same bad supplier because of the offer.

I used the app only once for laundry, and the job was done without any issues. After 2 years, I received an email with legal action from the app calming the remaining payment, although the payment was done after placing the order. After digging out, I found the laundry charged me double the agreed amount without informing me neither the app did. After contacting the support team, which took 1 week, they said we can't do anything. I don't recommend to used this app

I have booked for tomorrow at 10h30am and they started today at 3h30pm. I message them on the application because they automate the call on the phone line to an answer machine telling me that the only way of communicating is through application message which is the worst because they don't answer on you messages. They have already charged me. Worst customer service and application ever. And the worst part is ONCE YOU ADD YOUR CARD YOU CANNOT REMOVE IT
