very unprofessional and limited app experience. misleading as well. selected a booking period for tomorrow 10am onwards, made payment and all of a sudden shows booking for today 3.30pm which was not required. requested help to change the booking but the response was extremely late and ended up blaming me for booking today while its an issue with the app. there's another customer who faced the same as i checked the reviews here. no service done but payment is deducted.

Beware! Avoid this bad service. They don't have direct line to contact for help, chatBot response too slow and call back takes forever. There's no "re-schedule" or cancellation if you booked by mistake. based on their policy it should be done 12 hours prior which is not logical given that the mistake happened now. Wasted money if you booked by mistake. avoid if you can.

Misleading and disappointing service. Their policy states that sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time. I contacted them more than 71 hours in advance, yet rescheduling was refused and I was asked to accept wallet credit and repurchase the sessions, which would require paying extra. Later, the representative called and said management refused because one session was already completed, which makes no sense as I requested to reschedule only the remaining upcoming sessions.
