I am beyond frustrated with this app. I tried to cancel my order right from the start, but there is absolutely no option to cancel or even modify a request. To make matters worse, I reached out for help and got no response at all, which ended up costing me money for nothing. ​The customer service is non-existent and the app interface is not user-friendly. I will never use this application again and I’m already looking for a reliable alternative. Save your money and your time—don’t use this app.

I have used the cleaning services twice and every time was worse and worse. So bad that it was dirtier than before cleaning. Not worth it! Never again!

Abysmally bad policy for lost items. They refunded a small fraction of the total cost of my lost items, while a suit is now useless as they lost the pants - this is not considered of course. As a user, you just have to hope that they won't lose any of your items.
