They are scammers. I agreed to certain terms & conditions including cash back offer then I did not get the same amount and they simply say we have new conditions but we didn't post on the app but we will update soon which is completely a scam because until that moment you can see in the app that you get 50% cash back of your next booking and not 25% as they claim they changed it.

worst service, no rescheduling..... i booked a service for two workers but while booking i bymistake clicked the time for 8:00 am instead of 12 pm... just within seconds after the payment i realised my mistake, i had chat with the customer care & they say they cannot do rescheduling.... i understand if its after some hours it wont be possible but within seconds why cant it be..... NEVER GOING FOR JUST CLEAN AGAIN.... every bi weekly availed their service... but i regret it now.. will try others.

Laundry ruined the items. Getting Compensation took a lot of time and effort and expired after 3 months. Infuriating. Will not be used again and definitely not be recommended.
