I am beyond frustrated with this app. I tried to cancel my order right from the start, but there is absolutely no option to cancel or even modify a request. To make matters worse, I reached out for help and got no response at all, which ended up costing me money for nothing. ​The customer service is non-existent and the app interface is not user-friendly. I will never use this application again and I’m already looking for a reliable alternative. Save your money and your time—don’t use this app.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with Just Clean and their provider Morgan Global Trading and Services. I faced repeated issues: late arrivals, cleaners without ID, wrong scheduling (sent 5h early), and lack of support. On one occasion, despite multiple past issues, a simple request to adjust timing due to a medical appointment was denied. Service feels inflexible, inconsistent, and unfair.

Problematic support. They close the tickets before you discuss, saying we will get back to you and they never call you. also while your ticket is open the chat messages are not syncing on the chat. in general the app is not mature enough
