Ratings and reviews

I used the app only once for laundry, and the job was done without any issues. After 2 years, I received an email with legal action from the app calming the remaining payment, although the payment was done after placing the order. After digging out, I found the laundry charged me double the agreed amount without informing me neither the app did. After contacting the support team, which took 1 week, they said we can't do anything. I don't recommend to used this app

I’ve used JustClean multiple times, and they are almost always late. The worst part is the non-existent customer support. There’s no phone number to call — only an in-app chat that gives you an automatic response saying it may take up to 3 hours to reply. And when someone finally calls, it’s from an internet number that seems to be outside Kuwait and at completely inappropriate hours. I once had an issue at 5 PM, and they called me back at 10:30 PM. By far the worst support experience I’ve had

I booked the service for the evening after work, but I got a call in the afternoon from a cleaning company working for the App, saying they were coming then. I told them the timing was wrong. When I contacted the app, they said I canceled the service and couldn’t help. After insisting, they said management would review the case. All reviews are from different countries and this doesn't mean they are providing good quality in all countries
