Can you please explain to me! I requested a withdrawal from my real account, unfortunately the transaction was cancelled and to my surprise the cash has been deducted while the transaction was not successful. can you please refund my account! Thanks, I have been refunded 👍👍 I tried another transaction but has failed again, what's wrong with you guys ?

I understand that 30$ is not much but treating a customer with less capital disparagely is really not nice. Everytime I try to make my withdraw, my money vanishes from account but doesn't get to my wallet. When I reach out to customer support, they send me the same message of we are processing and have sent blur blur email to our finance team and they have not gotten back to us. For 4 days moreover twice in a row???? Kindly stay away. I feel like my money is just trapped in their account.

I have an issue with my cash withdrawal thru my bank card for 200usd. Been waiting for it for a month and half now but no resolution yet. Contacted the bank multiple times and they say they did not get any money transfer. I also have bills waiting. Filed a dispute with justmarkets financial team and its been 2 weeks yet only receive automated response. Please resolve it
