You can purchase tickets up to 180 days in advance of using them. All tickets are delivered to your phone are not yet activated. You must activate your ticket as you are boarding and present to driver for validation. No scanning necessary! Mobile tickets expire 30 minutes after activating. Please do NOT activate in advance. Ratings and reviews

When I go to buy tickets it won't show me the times of pick up and drop off and goes straight into purchasing the ticket. I want to buy it on my laptop but in the browser it says I need to download the app. The app then takes you INTO THE BROWSER to look at pickup and drop off times. I ended up going in circles and then gave up. Not user-friendly at all if you are only using it while in town. Maybe it is better if you live in CO but I don't.

App is awful! What's worse is that you're forced to download the app to get any information, and then the app links right back to the website. Multiple"buttons", or links, don't work. Scared to book a ticket for fear it will disappear somewhere into the ether and I'll have no ride, just frustration to show for this 30 minutes of my life that I'll never get back.

There is no option to purchase online. I do not need another app on my phone. I'm in the process of purchasing a train and plane ticket (both through websites without having to create accounts) and it is aggravating to have to go find my phone and download this app just so I can purchase a ticket. This makes my travel process much more difficult than it needs to be as my tickets are now in several formats. This app has been around for several years and is not advanced. The website is basic. 0/10
