The tickets expire after 7 days exactly. I validated a ticket before it was about to expire and it still became invalid after the 7 days but before 90 minutes. This is annoying and I lost one ticket because of this. I understand that this is partially user error but I can't help but feel scammed. It's also annoying how there is a 7 day limit. I don't want so many transactions on my bank statement and rather have a ticket pool.

Absolute garbage, I have tried logging in multiple times now and the can't even open the prompt/new window on my phone to let me enter my log-in credentials. Not only that, when I try to log in via my face account info it just tells me I'm not currently signed in. What an excellent way to make post secondary student pay more for their transit fare by building an app that doesn't work just so they have to pay for tickets.

I've reset my username and password and the app just gets some internal error and won't let me log it. Completely unreliable, literally stranded without my wallet right now and I can't take transit because it relies on this dumb app.
