This App is OK. But there are a few annoying things. The CT My Fare app recommends you activate ticket before boarding. The ticket itself is only available over wifi connection ( could be a problem when boarding bus or being asked to present ticket to Peace Officer) Also ticket is timed. This is frustrating too, as if there is a train delay or long journey, you're out of luck if you're your journey takes longer than 1 Hour. When time is up, ticket disappears. I've installed both My Fare and Transit Apps on my phone but when I try login to both the apps, it says "Device Transfer" which is not the case because Device is same. Adding security is great but it should be thoroughly tested. Both apps should capture the device ID and work on SSO instead asking for login every time. Development team can take simple examples from Amazon apps or Meta apps. I hope you will will fix it, if not able to, hire me, I'll get it fixed.

My card works everywhere but this app. It had me log in to my bank to verify but still gives error processing payment. It says address verification failed but everything else, including my licence, has that address so why is it just this app showing errors? Update 2026/07/02 - still doesn't work. Even created a myID account. Customer service is email only and requires app info which cannot be copied. Got an automated reply, apparently after 3 business days I can get a refund.
