Set up is not user friendly. Will not find the Mac and sn codes when straight scanned. Not a qr code to be found. App is useless without the router info it won't take. Update: So the app will not work unless you have a router from JW flash fiber. Made 3 stars because the app is useless to me but might be ok. I just don't know.

This app lets me sign in but it tells me the router is listed to another account. Well after talking with Flash fiber they helped me get this straightened out. Turns out I apparently had a brain fart and had actually registered this in my wife's name 😆. Thanks flash fiber for all your help.

Living in a rural area has made it difficult,to have a good internet service, until now. We have had FlashFiber for a couple of months, and are very pleased with the speed, no buffering, no downtime so far. I would highly recommend it.
