I booked a sneaker wash from the app where the price was shown as ₹350 for one pair. After booking, I received a call from a person named Vaibhav Wadkar who said the actual price is ₹500. When I questioned the app price, he said he would call back. Later, he mentioned pickup but added it would take 10 days, which is nowhere mentioned on the app. He also said there is no sneaker wash category at all. This feels misleading and unprofessional. App shows one thing and charges another. Not reliable.

worst first experience, booked pick up for 5 PM to 8PM on 9th Mar 2026, they have rescheduled the pickup to 10th March 2026, without my consent or notice. I am deleting this app and no more using the service, I will utilise neighbourhood laundry services , I can go drop and pick at my convenience

It's okay... They do a good job with dry cleaning, but pick ups and deliveries rarely happen on time. They don't follow care instructions on labels. And they spam call you all the time asking if there is laundry for pick up. And the app UI is barely passable.
