very expensive. I have carpets for cleaning. the charges were three times the cost of the carpet itself. and that was at 25% off. I could've bought 6 more carpets at that price. it was partially my fault for booking on call where they didn't mention the price. but that doesn't change the fact that it's foolishly expensive

I wanted give no stars but that option is not available they won't come to pick the orders, even after receiving the clothes after dry clean delivery and payment both are pending very irresponsible customer care.

I used there services for the first time and I am truly disappointed. It's expensive and prices are misleading.. Delivery charge of 70 for order value below 500.coupons are just an eye wash.. They will take the money from you in any case. Customer service doesn't respond to call even after waiting for 20 mins.. And the person on the whatsapp who just cordinates the pick up has poor communication. I am truly disappointed and won't use the service again.
