everything was fine I liked the app it was good! but I tried buying the membership for straykids and it came through on my end but still says payment pending!!! I've tried updating the app, emailed them, nothing...no email on what is going on, no refund literally nothing its almost been a week since I payed for the membership.... EDIT!!! after I talked to them they fixed it! thank you fans for helping me so quickly!

after the last update my fans app hasn't worked or opened for weeks! I'm so upset because I paid for access and I can't even get into the app it just leaves me at a blank blue screen every time I go to open it. I feel like it's a waste of my fans annual subscription when I can't even interact with it. (I have a Samsung Galaxy phone if that matters) please fix these bugs so I can enjoy fans again! RESPONDING TO DEVS: the app doesn't open so I can't put in an inquiry through the fans app.

I see I'm having the same problem as everyone else. I can't log in with my 3rd gen membership, it won't verify my phone number, won't send me an email verification code, and support isn't responding to any kind of inquiries. On top of all that, even if I enter without verification, the community navigation goes black or crashes the app every time I try to look at an artist's posts. I know it's not even been 48 hours, but these are some serious flaws. No more stars until they get fixed.
