I see I'm having the same problem as everyone else. I can't log in with my 3rd gen membership, it won't verify my phone number, won't send me an email verification code, and support isn't responding to any kind of inquiries. On top of all that, even if I enter without verification, the community navigation goes black or crashes the app every time I try to look at an artist's posts. I know it's not even been 48 hours, but these are some serious flaws. No more stars until they get fixed.

Finally got verified! The app keeps crashing if too many ppl access it all at once. Also, why can't I see the original post when I get the notification? That would be nice. 1/14 Overall the app has improved a lot! Less crashing, just goes slow at times due to member posting. Wish I had the option to choose light and dark mode though. 1/17 It's getting better! Why can't I see who liked my post on my comment though 1/29

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with an app launch. It crashed TWICE when an artist made a post, and I can't even post anything because I have to verify my phone number, which is fine by itself, but it WON'T SEND THE VERIFICATION CODE!! and now, bc it isn't working, they have just disabled support for the SMS verification code for US/Canada. So now I'm just not able to do anything but see and like posts.
