Regrettably the latest May 25 update did not solve the problem with HSBC SG banking app! It has been way more than 6 months since I reported the issue and a fix is no where in sight. I have provided evidence of screenshots and app version details but to no avail. I have bought several licenses but did not dare to deploy because of this bug.

Even after enabling accessibility feature, it still always show on dashboard that web protection is not enabled (red line on icon) but the associated feature is enabled in settings. There is some issue with accessibility feature. It get disabled on app after enbabling and says service is not working. This is critical issue and effe⁸cts realtime protection and yet not resolved after 2-3 weeks. I am paid customer. ISSUE RESOLVED. THANKS.

Overall I couldn't ask for more for the price I have paid... I'm currently on K7 Infiniti plan and yeah I can say it's value for money. But it would be great if the UI of the app can be improved to the modern standards as it looks kinda dull when compared with others. And also doesn't look attractive enough for someone who's searching on Play Store for an antivirus provider.
