I love TacoTime, so I use this app pretty often. I wish the reward system was easier to use because I have to go a weird roundabout way to add points to my account, and the app doesn't really display the points correctly. Plus, It doesn't even show the full menu. If they can fix the rewards system (maybe add offers/coupons with points) and update the menu, this will be a 5/5.

I was looking for a menu so my family can see what they have and not be pressured to buy but there is no option for a location near me. I could select a different location but what if the one closest to me (that is not listed on the app) has a special that the other locations do not have at the time. Maybe add an option to just browse the menu of near by locations?

0 customer support Taco time was supposed to be open until 6pm and showed open on Google. I entered my order and went to the restaurant. They were closed. I didn't see any charges for a few days. Then the charge came in on my card. I called the restaurant as the app says you must call the location. They provide no support. The restaurant says I have to work with the app. So I'm out my money.
