Ratings and reviews

The new app powered by Thanx is somewhat improved from the old Level Up one. However, if you regularly switch between different locations, especially ones with different operating hours or days, it's essentially unusable. For example, let's say you're in St Pete and you usually order from the USF student center location, but switch to St Pete South on Sundays when it's closed. Even if you switch the location _before_ you order, it will schedule it for the next day, and won't let you change it.

My favorite coffee in town, and the staff could not be more friendly!

Unable to use app. Person in store didnt even bother to help. Just wanted 2 cups of coffee. Used to really like it here. Went elseware. Wont be back.
