The KakaoTalk Channel Manager app has been revamped into the Kakao Business Partner Center app!
Now, you can access a variety of business tools, including KakaoTalk channel management, Kakao Map store management, KakaoTalk reservations, and Kakao Pay sales, all in one place.
1. Home
• See the operation and growth of your channels and stores at a glance, and check your daily tasks.
2. Chat
• Chat in real-time with KakaoTalk users. If you're away, a Kanana customer service manager will automatically respond.
3. Messages
• Send messages that connect channel friends with sales. AI will create effective phrases and images for you.
4. News and Coupons
• Share news with KakaoTalk and Map visitors, and attract customers with coupons featuring special offers.
5. Store Information and Reviews
• Keep your Kakao Map store information, including business hours and menus, up to date, and manage reviews to increase your credibility.
6. Reservations
• Accept reservations and manage upcoming reservations through various channels, including KakaoTalk and Maps. 7. Kakao Pay Sales
• You can check daily sales information for Kakao Pay payments made at your store.
We also offer various features, such as wallet/cash management, link/QR sharing, advertising to promote our store, and business review.

Ratings and reviews

Quite disappointed by this app, the user interface is worse than Line and the entire app feels like a buggy soulless corporate knockoff, if you want to have a clanky, bare-bones app that feels like it was coded by ai then this is the app for you.

terrible app overall, isn't well managed, it keeps on crashing and freezing my phone so I have to reset and it even mistreats its workers which makes every manga I read here make me feel unpleasant as well as the fact that they did that in the first place

I am unable to complete sign-in as the policy agreement page is in Korean. I do not understand Korean. I suggest thus that this be region-locked accordingly.
