- Connect to a customer service representative: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Customer Center: 1644-7405 (Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Report Loss or Theft: 1833-7483 (24 hours a day)

Ratings and reviews

The app is not designed for Foreigners which they have Korea local network and security problem with foreign issued credit cards. The app doesn't support foreign credit cards as they are not ready for global markets. The app also requires to install some anti virus software or other extra apps which they rely on. Those apps are the 3rd party security app or keyboard protection app as they don't have confidence in their app in terms of security. Many rooms for improvement and global market opp.

No way to switch to English before continuing with some verification steps. at first I was able to use Google Lens to translate the screenshots but now I'm at a point where screenshots are black because of security reasons/default settings.

Not usable in the United States. showing Korean even if my phone is in English. None of authentication works.
