Kasente is a mobile lending app which you can borrow emergency loan for business and individuals of Uganda.Kasente is very easy to use! By using our app, you can increase your loan limit and get even larger loans to help you grow your business or for your emergencies.

1.Loan Product Feature:
Loan limit:UGX 30,000-UGX 1,000,000
Loan Term:minimum 91days-365 days
Low interest (maximum APR): 30% per year
Repayment method: daily or weekly or monthly instalment flexible according to your choice.
For example:for loans of UGX 100,000 with a term during 91 days, the fees charged are as follows:
Monthly interest rate ： 30% / 12 = 2.5%
Monthly interest ： UGX 100,000 * 2.5% = UGX 2,500
Total monthly payment ：UGX 100,000 / 3 + UGX 2,500 = UGX 35834
total repayment bill including principle and interest shall be:
UGX 100,000 + UGX100,000* 2.5%*3= UGX 107,500

2.Who are qualified for the loan application?
ages between 22-55 years old
have a valid National ID
have a stable resource of income including the employed people or the people who have a business

3.what needed to apply for the loan?
A valid national ID card
A mobile money account registered in your own name with MTN or Airtel Money
you are required to fill in our KYC forms and application forms
you are required to agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy on the app
any proof of your salary slip/bank statement which can improve your credit scores evaluated
4.How to apply for a loan with us?
download and install our app on your phone
Authorize the data permission
register with your MTN or Airtel phone number
Fill in your information on KYC form
submit your loan application and agree to the loan agreement
if approved, you will receive the amount transferred directly into your mobile money wallet.if not approved, you can check if you provide the right and sufficient information and apply for a loan again.
5.data security
To well evaluate your creditworthness,Kasente will need your full legal names, NIN, phone number, address,income information, emergency contact and data from your telephone phone including SMS, phone, GPS and other information from your device.you have the right to authorise to be collected or not.All the data will be stored and processed properly and safe,we take multiple ways like https encryption,firewall,anonymization, access control to protect the data to make the data stored safety.

Very annoying, I applied for a loan and they gave me and paid back in time but after they refused to give me another loan. it's now more than a year and what they do is to tell me that I 99% qualify for a loan but when I try to apply they reject. and they keep on sending me texts as I qualify 99%, why do you send that and you then reject the application. You deserve a negative rating 😩

it is the best app for loaning for beginners in term of duration offered, but the challenge I'm facing currently is rejection of my request, I have been trying since last past three days

please anybody who will read my reaction please please I would not recommend downloading this app coz it just a waste of data. coz whenever u apply for loan it will also keep rejecting ur application and keeps telling to apply the following day wic is an endless every keeps insisting to try the following day. the don't deserve any single star. Download this app for ur own risk
