The past two weeks this app has stopped working even the minimal amount that it used to. I used to get a notification for the daily sheet. One day it just stopped coming as a notification. Sometimes I get an email about the daily sheet. Which is weird right? Somedays I get a text. And most days now I get no notification on my phone, no text, no email. I have to go into the app to see if the provider sent it and they have, just didn't get notified.

This is a great idea but doesn't have a great execution. The notification on the pull down bar doesn't take you to the app. There's 3 boxes in the medication section of drop off notes but no indications what each box is for and you can't save it without info in the second box. I'd also love the ability to add different medications and times to the drop off notes so that when we have 3 different medications, we can accurately report them without any confusion.

When I get notifs, they show on my home screen but if you click it nothing happens. Doesn't dismiss or open the message. Doesn't refresh when you open the app, you have to pull down to refresh to see if you have any new updates. I can't even put in a profile picture at that carers can put a face to a name. Daily sheets often double for no reason.
