The past two weeks this app has stopped working even the minimal amount that it used to. I used to get a notification for the daily sheet. One day it just stopped coming as a notification. Sometimes I get an email about the daily sheet. Which is weird right? Somedays I get a text. And most days now I get no notification on my phone, no text, no email. I have to go into the app to see if the provider sent it and they have, just didn't get notified.

This app unfortunately has some flaws. Hopefully they're being worked on. I sometimes get no daily sheet for my daughter, but more often get 3 duplicates. There is no way to directly message my child's teachers (only the directors). Also wish I could delete or archive messages once I've read them. I also don't get photos from my child's daycare anymore (vs when they used a prior app) because the app is apparently too large for them to use on the tablets they have.

Notifications are not selectable. You have to physically go in the app. You cannot see your child's progress throughout the day until the daily sheet is submitted which is bothersome. I do like that photos can be sent throughout the day and messages get sent so quickly. Just wish you could see active daily logs as they happen and for notifications to open the app.
