This app & feeder used to work pretty well, but there have been a lot of strange bugs in recent versions, and even more recently, the quality of bird identification has dropped severely. Misidentified and unidentified birds have become much more common, and sometimes it even fails to recognize birds as birds, meaning there's no identification field available for me to manually fix.

Cameras were easy to set up and install. I love the quality BUT the app needs adjustments. When trying to view live streams and/or recordings, it takes awhile to open and play. It says connection lost or playback timed out. I have to constantly force stop the app and that works sometimes. My wifi connection is not the issue and the signal strength is fine. IF the app ever works properly, I can give a 5 star rating.

You'd think with how much the feeder costs they wouldn't make you pay an extra 80/year to properly use it. I have no control over which videos the app saves and which ones are deleted, creating massive, random gaps in my history. I wish all users were treated like customers instead of creating a hierarchy of who can pay the most, I still paid money to use the feeder! Premium users should be getting a few extra perks, not be the only ones with access to the app's entire point.
