KCB mobile app is pathetic, I think I will open an account with another bank. For a while I had switched to another bank then recently I decided to reactivate my KCB account to start using it, then I'm still experiencing thesame difficulties I was years ago, when I transfer cash from Mpesa to KCB, it takes like forever to reflect, so if it was urgent, you really get embarrassed especially if you were to pay for something. Their mobile app is just shirty.

Lately ive been experiencing hiccups with accessing my account through the app. I put the pin but then it takes me back to a two factor authentication with my phone number linked with the account. But when the two factor authentication is done, it takes me back to putting my pin and the cycle goes on and on. It never gets me in. Do some necessary changes, that problem wasn't evident before!
