1. Now can't use app for no apparent reason. Sending failed message.. I got wifi and data bundles. Am paying for a bill. Am grounded koz of trusting this app. Am 😞 disappointed. 2. Apparently I can't use the App. Keeps prompting me to update and there is no update on this app. The prompt to update is also sent through the text message but no update which has locked me from using the app. What's really happening.

The most useful feature is using the app for tap to pay. However since reinstalling the app, I can't add my card and the app doesn't scan it either. The app also needs biometric authentication. Keying in your pin on a keypad covering the whole screen isn't good design

My grievances: 1. The App should be like Mpesa , hence no Internet needed for it to work. 2. The buy credit option choice and the send money choice should be in different bars. Scenarios where you buy airtime when indeed you wanted to send money has affected me. Otherwise, its 24hrs service. Thank you.
