I hate this app since it can't open..Everytime it keeps saying Appear on top..Please KCB remove that setting from the app.Let it work like the KCB new app.But in my opinion i rate it 1 star since not all phones got that setting due to UI.I've tried contacting KCB customer care but am being ignored.

I can't use this App simply because it requires permission to display over other App yet my phone can't give option to allow. that's a developer issue to be adjusted

I can't even log in, and I'm a first time user! App has been granted data access in my phone's data/network manager like every other app that needs Internet access, but after entering my phone number, all I get is "Oops, an error occurred... Try again later". It's a generic error message that gives no clue about why it's not working as expected. From the other reviews, it seems to be more trouble than it's worth, so I'm sticking to the Safaricom, KCB and Tingg apps for now.
